Skills needed to get the full benefit of the Introductory and e-commerce courses:

You should be able to use a computer keyboard and mouse and should be reasonably familiar with basic word processing.

You should be able to open and close files and should also be able to connect to and surf the internet.

If you don't have these skills we can arrange for you to follow a course at a learndirect centre near you. Just contact us for more details.

Support for you while you are doing the course:

We will supply email and telephone support for you while you are doing the 2 sessions of the introductory course. We will also supply email and telephone support for you while you are preparing to make your site live.

We will support you from the start of your course till the end of the 30 day trial period which is a feature of www.create.net. The 30 day trial period will start on the first day of your course.

If you decide to register your site with www.create.net before the end of the 30 day free trial period then their own support services will start from the date of your registration with them and will replace the support supplied by Animi Training.
